They need better management, Cindy was very rude with the hiring process didn't remember my name which is a sign of disrespect, didn't have any of the hiring materials or questions prepared, it felt more like a interrogation than a interview. Store is dirty food all over the floors and it smells

Went in twice to order tires, first time no one came to help take an order so I left. I could see people working in the work area, but they ignored me standing there. Went back a few days later, still no one at the desk, a manager came asked if we ( another customer waiting for service) had been helped. When we said no he opened the door to the work area. An older gentleman came to the desk seemed a bit flustered, wrote up the order took a large sum of money for the tires and said 3 to 5 days , they would call when they came in. After 20 days I called them and was informed, those tires don't need to be ordered they are always in stock! Then I had to wait 8 more days before I could get an appointment to have them installed. Almost 30 days for tire that were already in stock!! Terrible business practice! Never again!!!

You spend more time waiting in line to get a piece of pizza and getting your groceries really wish management wouldn't punish café workers by not giving them help

They shut down the entire parking lot and half the gas pumps and then still manage to have broken pumps as well. 2 thumbs down for this location

I was in the store today and one of the clerks was very rude. A fairly short younger women with black hair that should find another job.She was working the self checkout area.

Expired milk! They gave me expired milk on a club pickup! Wtf! Like what kind of morons work here. Switching to Costco after this!

This Sams Club is fully stocked with many different products. Coming from the city, all the hot items tend to sellout quickly BUT this one being on the outskirts, had items you wouldn't find in Chicago Sams. Came here to purchase a 4 burner griddle grill and the transaction and pick up was smooth and easy. Purchased through the app. Arrived and parked in a pickup parking spot. Checked in on the app. They brought out the grill and loaded it up. Friendly customers and smooth purchase. I would definitely recommend this Sams for your purchasing needs.

I love all Sam's Clubs compared to Costco. BUT the greeter and the exit checker lady. WTF is up with your nasty attitude???? This is the only location that has that issue too. Seriously put these ladies in the FAR BACK CORNER where no one has to see or deal with their toxic faces and attitudes. UGH Anyways they always have great bulk items and great prices.

This Sams Club is the only I have been going to since the one in Streamwood closed. The people there is friendly and always there as a helping hand.

Kathy is an excellent manager. I'm not sure if her name starts with a k or a C. She is extremely conscientious and works very hard with her entire staff. if you have a problem she works immediately to rectify it. She goes the extra mile to be sure that her customers are extremely happy. The optical department is very nice as well. Nice clean while organized store with great service.

Had an issue when leaving the South Elgin, IL Sam's Club store location yesterday (September 24th). The lady checking receipts/carts (angry face with no greeting) on the exit door spent far too much time checking out my shopping cart which had only 12 items as correctly reflected on my receipt... she actually kept looking at the receipt and checking every item in the shopping cart as if I was shoplifting something... both before and after she scanned an item. I had to actually ask her if there was something wrong and after I brought that question up was only when she handed me my receipt back and said no. Is this a new Sam's Club policy to embarrass it premiere members upon exiting the store? I did call the store manager immediately when I went out to my car from the store and she did apologize to me and said they would review tapes and correct the situation with the individual, but really... and both o women at the entrance checking IDs and at the exit were angry looking unhappy employee. 1-18-2020 Sams Club still uses some of these same horrible people to check carts/receipts... they are the most unfriendly-unhappy people you have ever seen. They act like everyone is trying to steal stuff. Yes from time-to-time they do have some new more friendly ones, but they do need to get rid of some old ones who can make your shopping experience miserable.

We shop Sam's Club regularly. We came in the Elgin Store on New Years Eve and there were no carts in the store. We notified the individual at the door who seem unconcerned, but said someone was called. We stood and waited at least 10 mins and we weren't the only customers waiting. No one said a word to us while we stood there. It was freezing out so we weren't about to go in the parking lot and hunt down a cart. We finally went in the store purchased a couple items we needed and were able to hand carry and left. At this point it had been at least 20-25 mins and there were still no carts yet the cart corral in the parking lot was full of carts. There is no excuse for this. Sam's lost a larger purchase out of us and maybe purchases from others because of their lack of customer service. At this point Sam's may have lost a customer because we are also a member of Costco.
