Tim and the staff at Rieke did a fantastic job with the design and installation of our new office furnishings. We have used Rieke services multiple times over the years, but this situation was a much bigger challenge. They were tasked with downsizing our footprint of 10,000 sf to 2,600 sq and utilizing as much of our existing furnishings as possible. We added a Nextwall glass system to create private offices and the remainder came from our former office space. Rieke coordinated the tear-down, move, and reinstall of the existing furnishings/cubes and did not miss a beat. Our new office space looks fantastic and is extremely functional. We have used Rieke Interiors for all of our office remodels over the past 18 years. For the first remodel we purchased all new furniture and worked with Rieke's interior designers to coordinate a new look for the company. We went from old & dark to fresh, bright and neutral. For the following renovations we re-used some of the original furniture and added new pieces. The quality of the furniture is outstanding, it wears well and stays structurally sound over years of use. You definitely get what you pay for. As a company we wouldn't go anywhere else but Rieke for all of our office space needs.

I’m giving this place 1 star because when I was talking to the short guy in the shipping place of the warehouse who sits near the computer, he was being very rude and disrespectful towards me. He had a problem with explaining to me what to do and it made me feel very unwelcome. He was unprofessional, and it may be the right time for his boss to take a look at how he handles customer service.

The Rieke Interiors team was great to work with. Our Account Manager, Vivian Bocage, was very helpful from the beginning of the project until the end and beyond. She was involved all through the process and worked closely with the designers and installers to ensure we were satisfied with their efforts. After a few years in the building we are still receiving compliments about the Rieke furniture. We used them for subsequent projects and were completely satisfied with their work.

Working with Vivian Bocage was absolutely wonderful during our credit union office redesign! She was on top of ALL the details and assisted us in every step of the process. We're a small institution and wear many hats, so having a project manager that was attentive, and someone we could rely on, made all the difference. I would 100% work with Vivian again, no doubt.

I've used Rieke Interiors for our healthcare business, helping with several different projects, for years. Viviane Bocage is very helpful and responsive. She really wants to understand your vision of the project and is helpful every step of the way. Projects big or small, Reike has been our go-to. They will not disappoint and they come highly recommended.

So. This company is literally the best. I am not sure if, in my entire life or career, I have worked with a company that is as up-front, transparent, professional and downright customer-service facing as Rieke. We ordered furniture for our law firm. It exceeds all expectations we had. It was perfectly priced at the outset, their team kept us updated through the waiting process, they responded to emails within hours, delivered the furniture on time … I mean, I can’t say enough good things. Rieke Office Interiors is an amazing company!! We did a large remodel of our office space and had many needs. Lisa is a very talented part of their team who I worked closely with to plan the renovation including demountable offices that turned out gorgeous and are so functional. The offices are furnished with their beautiful custom furniture and we retrofitted existing offices with their furniture and speciality bookcase built ins, not to mention the new hospitality suite with a variety of seating.I can't say enough about Lisa and her the entire Rieke staff who are meticulous in their craftsmanship, installation and service!!
