Hi Ladies & Gentlemen,
I Would Say That This Is A Nice Motel Based Off Of The Lobby and Pictures Of The Room That I Was Supposed To Be In Yesterday.
However That Never Came Into Fruition As A Result Of A 50$ Deposit Free Up Front. Might I Remind You I Already Paid 68$ through Priceline Who's service is excellent.
So I Warn Y'all To Please Have The 50$ deposit upfront because U did not pay for the room you wanted to stay in for the night.
Priceline, Expedia, Booking.com,etc It Doesn't Matter Who You Paid Through These Are third party Bookers For Hotel & Motels.
I Was So Disappointed Yesterday Because I've traveled from South Chicago To Elgin In Order to go to work for two days In Huntley Illinois.
Good news Is I got my refund back from Priceline through quality inn.
So Please Once U Paid For your reservation make sure you have the deposit upfront.

The room was clean and nice. Other then that it feels like really cheap and outdated hotel. Breakfast is free but there's nothing to eat really. Exactly what you would expect from a cheap hotel I guess.

Rooms are not cleaned when we checked In saw a big spider sitting on pillow to welcome us and my son jumped put of room he hates bugs we had to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere

I went to love on the lawn and this hotel was only 9 minutes away. However it was full and they ran out of clean towels!! Otherwise my stay was good

Gave us rooms 110 and 108. Door locks where broken mold in 108 bathroom. Had no other conjoined rooms for us to switch for. Gave no apologies or reimbursement for the inconvenience

The shower, beds, and refrigerator are the only positive at this hotel. The window in the room did not shut totally. There was a smell in the room that was unpleasant. The walls are not sound proof, we were woken up early one morning from the person in the next room, brushing their teeth, choking, and spitting with the water running. The first night, I went to get ice, and the ice machine on the second floor was not working. I went to the front desk to ask where I could get ice. The clerk replied that the only ice machine that worked was on the second floor. I informed her that it was not working. She said there is none available then. After driving all day, her response and attitude were disappointing. If the beds had been uncomfortable, I would have left and slept in my vehicle. This hotel is in need of a 100% remodel from the flooring to the windows.

Well I'm laying in the most uncomfortable bed I've never slept in since I was 6 years old. The beds here are full size they're not even Queens. It squeaks and bounces with the least amount of movement. It feels like the cheapest mattress they we're able to buy. All the plugs in the room were taken up by the microwave refrigerator on TV and they did not have any extension cord. Internet with decent
Rooms: As basic as you can get. The mattress is horrible
