I don't know what happened to this place I was there for though simple issue with my password on my online account waited there for about an hour and a half almost 2 hours just to be told to make a phone call and call the automated system on the back of Of my debit card

Came to do a wire transfer after waiting 30 min she tells me that banker needed to check her appointments Patricia was just to busy to take care of me really disappointed after being with bank so long will come back just to close all my accounts

Dont bother trying to call. I would have chosen a different bank had I known this. They do not pay attention to incoming phone calls or put ANY priority in customer service. On multiple occasions, I waited indefinitely on hold (15+ minutes) and just gave up.

Normally I give them five stars. Yesterday I called to make and appointment. After ten minutes the call was cut off. I went through three and a half times. Forty five minutes. Never got to speak to anyone.They need to step it up.

If I could give PNC negative stars I would. I am referring to the mortgage department at PNC. PNC mortgage is an absolute joke. They come on as a great place to get your mortgage refinanced. My wife and I already had our mortgage through this bank. We both had very good credit and so we thought using our current bank would be our best option. They gave us a quote and we agreed to go forward with the application. What a mistake! They tried to handle the whole thing with people from out of state and the LACK of communication was the only constant. Heaven forbid if you have a question about anything because the loan officer NEVER answers his phone. The points they quoted were not even close to the quote provided. The process took them over two months to complete which was also never disclosed to us. In the end it cost us too much and the only reason we closed was because the interest rate was only good for 90 days which was fast approaching. Do yourself a favor and DON'T get a mortgage through this bank. They are only great at the bait and switch.

I am a coin collector and I went here to exchange for dollar coins. I walked in and the tellers were very polite and exchanged for them no questions asked! I did have to wait a bit in line because they were somewhat busy. But overall great bank.

Makes you send in letters for EVERYTHING. Their website is useless. Their staff are not helpful. I was with them for years, had a steady job, and could not get any kind of credit card from my own bank. Well Chase sure thought I was worth the risk. That's why I'm with them now. This place doesn't deserve any stars. It's 2020! I shouldn't need a letter to your corporate office to make changes to my accounts!

I recently opened an account here and was treated great. They have a great location (in the shopping center I frequent) and never too busy. The people there are very friendly and helpful.
