The worst loan people you can ever have every single person in this company is rude love to argue with customers and treat them bad and difficult to deal with when it comes to late payments trying to schedule a payment for a later date threaten you with repo the worst loan company they don’t help you if your going thru a difficult situation

Terrible customer service all around. My mom has an account with them and she’s going through something’s but calls them up when she knows she’s going to late or late. They tell her looks like you can’t afford your car ( Brenda) then they say you can’t make a partial payment then another person say you can. Raul ver rude individual he needs to be firedThey contact you saying they’re managers . Really they are CSR. They had my mom BP up she felt so sick after talking to them scaring her on phone. I had to write this because they need training. Terrible company terrible people terrible situation.Hope this company fold

Brandi, one of the manages was extremely rude and made very unnecessary comments. They honestly deserved 0 stars. I absolutely see why their reviews are the way that they are. Terrible business. Terrible company. Just ghetto.

Raul, the manager was very rude to me this morning. He told me that I couldn't just call and make payments whenever I felt like it and REFUSED to take my payment. Like what business REFUSES to take a customer's payment that is trying to pay. He also said that they are running a business and to call back when I had the money and hung up on me. So I immediately called back and talked to Tasha, another manager and she did exactly what I needed to do. I have 4 payments left until my non-working Jeep is paid off. She took my payment for March and schedule the half payment for April for two weeks. Thanks Tasha for actively listening to me and understanding my situation. You rock honey!!! Fire Raul!

I received a call today from a guy named Francisco, I explained to him that I had previously spoken to a black gentleman and had everything set up and that I was sorry I could not remember his name. I also told him that he said he would note my account, Francisco proceeded to tell me they don’t read the notes that he is there to make calls. Then he proceeded to tell me that there was no need to make a race remark and hung up. Seriously? There were no race remarks made. I simply stated a fact so he would understand and quit calling me. I like the company and have never had an issue with the service, till today. Francisco knows where he can go.

I wish I could give them a negative 10 ! crooks and the mob! Beware dont accept a loan from them unless you want to sell your kidney! The worst unprofessional blood sucking rude company! I thank the Lord Im done with the gangster finance company! The overcharge I accepted a loan from them in 2015 for a 2012 Ford fusion it cost me 30,000 for a car worth maybe 5,000! Never again I knew I was screwed when they went in my account without permission. Straight gangster finance company Im surprise they didnt send somebody to disfigured me!

My comment is no different than the ones below please stay away from this money hungry scamming company they will harass you calling your phone 8-10 times a day making threats,when asked to speak to a manager They will hang up on you then claim to be a manager customer service is absolutely horrible these people are liars, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional Andy name is mentioned in serveral negative comments the way he talks to people is unacceptable..
