She took the best care of us, worked hard to make a deal we were comfortable with, and basically sealed the deal with a pretty bow. I could not be more thrilled with my experience. Sheila and her team took such amazing care of me. I have had experiences buying used cars where I have been more or less brushed aside since I wasn’t buying new. Not at Elgin Kia. Sheila was kind and caring and accommodating every step of the way. She wrapped everything up in a bow and even made sure my two young kids didn’t leave disappointed. You can’t lose here.

I didn’t think buying a car could be this quick and easy. Reanne was great. Even though I was 90% sure I wanted a Telluride she asked the right questions to make sure it would be a good fit for my young family (we were considering a Carnival before). I never felt pressured or rushed. The time we arrived for the test drive to driving away in our new car was right around 2 hours and that included applying for financing and all of the paperwork. My mom found herself in the market for a new vehicle the next week and I didn’t hesitate to send her to Reanne because I knew she’d be treated well and happy with the process like I was.

I had a very positive experience celebrating at Elgin Kia. Both Sheila and Marcin were super professional and courteous. No pressure and I was in and out with my new Kia EV9 faster than ever. It’s rare to get such good service and no haggle tactics these days. The experience from start all the way through finance and to the end was excellent. I appreciate these guys and definitely recommend if you’re looking for a new or used Kia. Shout out to my man Leval!

Had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Telluride from Elgin Kia. The process was super smooth from start to finish. Our salesperson, Jordy, was awesome and did a great job answering all of my questions. The dealership is also beautiful! High recommend!

I brought my 2018 Sorento into Elgin Kia for issue with oil consumption. My customer service person was John. He took me through several tests until it was determined that it was an engine failure. John proceeded to tell me that I would need a new engine and that he would be going through KIA directly to cover the cost. Engine was ordered took less than a week. I brought my car in and engine was replaced next day. Amazing! I was completely impressed with John’s professionalism and customer service. My overall experience with Elgin Kia’s service department was outstanding. Thank you to the mechanics and especially John at the front desk for making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Elgin Kia for all maintenance service on your vehicle.

I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. The attitude of the staff stinks. They act completely indifferent, to the problems that you present to them. Went there today 8/28/24 after having my car serviced elsewhere and was told by a reputable mechanic, that there were serious engine problems! I have had the spark plugs changed 4 times in less than eight months between the dealership and my local mechanic shop. The plugs keep getting fouled up with carbon deposits, because the engine burns excessive oil. My car still is within the 100, 000 mile warranty and I was told because I am not the original owner the warranty is not valid. However, this is not true! The warranty is valid within the 100, 000 miles and is transferrable to the next owner. Very bad engineering!! Don't by a Kia ever!!!!

Reanne was very knowledgeable and helpful with our new car purchase. She’s very bubbly and her personality made it an easy experience. She knew the answer to every question we had and she took the time to set up devices in the car and explain all the new features which was very helpful!
Leval also helped us with all our finance paperwork and had a great personality and was easy to work with!
