“Kevin T. was the best!!! Helped me get what I wanted/needed without high pressure sales or hidden costs like other providers I have been to. Knowledgeable and friendly; I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Went to the Verizon in Batavia first, 1.5-2 hour wait, Geneva location employee never showed up, so Kevin in Elgin was my savior. Trust me, I dread going to the phone store, but I can honestly say this was a very pleasant experience. Five stars; highly recommend. (Mostly because of Kevin T. Give that man a raise! Seriously!)”

“This is by far the best boost Mobile! I went to the one by the fresh market and they were rude and didn't know what they were talking about! Then I went to the one on Villa at and the young lady there didn't even bother to greet me. Any question I asked she answered with "call 611" as she was scrolling through her phone. Luckily I remembered about this location, and as soon as I stepped in to this one I was greeted so politely by that one chubby dude and he definitely knew what he was talking about; but overall all the staff are friendly,nice, and just a great help.”
