There is an employee by the name Christina that has no idea how to treat a customer super rude very demanding an talks with no respect to customer we had a terrible experience she created big issues with our service locking out phones and try to sell us new ones we spend over 1000 dollars and had to go to another office because all we got was phones that had no service and couldn’t transfer all our data photos etc. please don’t go to this location you will regret it.

Recently went here and everything seemed fine, bought a nice phone. But now comes time to pay the monthly phone bill and there's some extra services added to our plan! Phone insurance and Vix?? I was never asked if I wanted these and now my bill is higher. Removed them immediately but the cost is prorated onto my next bill as well, ugh. The associate should've asked us if we wanted these instead of just signing us up.
