“I had a great experience in the store. We arrived and a gentleman promptly asked what I was looking for as well as discreetly asked what size I needed. I have no problem with telling anyone my size, but it was nice of him to ask in that manner because not everyone is comfortable sharing that out loud. He then took me around to all the different options within the store that they had (I was looking for walking shorts and wicking T-shirts). I wasn't pushed toward buying anything more expensive. It was nice to be given all the options available and just deciding what I wanted. He checked in with us from time to time as we were looking around. Overall, a very good experience. I will definitely come back and shop at the store when I'm in the area.”

“I was so shocked by how tidy the place was. I went in on a weekday afternoon and everything was super organized, even by size. I know how hard it is to keep a clothing store neat, as I used to work in one. A worker greeted me at the entry way and there were others who asked to make sure I was finding everything ok. I always love when people are chipper, nice, talkative but also let you do your thing, and don’t try to sell me something or make me feel like I have to stand there and have a long conversation. I felt so safe in there as they had hand sanitizer at each register and at the door. Thanks, guys!”

“Friendly helpful staff. Clearance section is very big. I wish they organized their products better by size. I tried looking for jeans a few times and they aren’t folded well to show the sizes easily. You have to open and unfold them to find the size. Plus they don’t have a big variety of sizes. The style i wanted was only available in long and had numerous quantity of long and short. Nothing regular. Because of this I order online and return in store which is very easy.”

“Some things I really love about this Duluth Trading location: - Great service, friendly associates. - It's a well laid out store, and the employees are constantly straightening, so you can easily find what you are looking for. - Quality, durable merchandise. The clothing items will last a long time. - Easy returns or exchanges. No questions, no hassle. - Pet friendly store. - Clean restrooms. - Soft, "Buck naked" underwear! Unless there are good sales, items are pricier than local competitors, like Cabela's, but again, Duluth sells items that last. There were some great deals here the week of Black Friday. I love the back area where you can sit and check out some of their books for sale, too.”

“Yesterday I had a wonderful experience shopping at my neighborhood Kohl's. I was pleasantly surprised to find items on sale @ 40% off. I then found a couple of nice tops for my mom for Christmas, priced right as well. The bonus was when I checked out and the clerk added an additional 20% discount. Plus, I walked out with a cash back bonus coupon! I look forward to returning next week to apply the bonus to my next purchase. I'm thrilled to know that Kohl's has been one of the few stores that didn't abandon Spring Hill Mall. THANK YOU, Kohl's, for making my Christmas Merry!!”

“Young girls who work here are beyond sweet every time I come in. Blonde lady manager is terribly rude to customers and hovers over her employees shoulders giving them false information. She was making the situation incredibly awkward for no reason and when I thanked her for her help, she just looked at me with this nasty blank stare and didn’t even bother to respond. Super weird!!”

Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout area made the checkout process quick and easy. With six self-checkout areas and three to four cashiers available, there was never any need to wait in line for long. “I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”
