All of my insurance policies just keep going up in price, I drive 4 miles round trip a day to work no accidents in 20 years,In the last 2 years policy's gone up $150 a year.House 0 claim's yet it goes up every year never comes down.when I call to find out what's going on I can never get any straight answers I'm told will call you back... 3 days later I call back what's going on O sorry it wasn't me how can I help, really hmm

Working with Melissa on multiple policies was a 10/10 experience. She is so kind and personable! She was constantly making sure questions were answered before they even had to be asked. She was able to jump through hoops to make sure everything I needed was taken care of!

Melissa Myers agency has by far been the best State Farm agency I have been insured at. The whole team is amazing and very helpful with anything I need. I had an issue with one of my policies that was done incorrectly at another agents office and Melissa’s office was quick to correct the issue, even though they were not the ones who made the mistake. I highly recommend Melissa’s office!

I’ve have had a great experience working with Melissa Meyers, my State Farm Agent. Melissa and her team is always responsive, promptly addressing any concerns or questions I have. She also reaches out to ensure that my insurance needs are being met.
In additon, I find it refresing that Melissa has also made a commitment to the community by being an active participate in local events and providing support for various initiatives.

I am no fan of insurance. I always feel like a 3rd grader on the fisrt day of school when talking policies. I normally just smile and sign and pay. Melissa must of seen I didnt understand how any of this works. She was so patient and kind. Went way out of her way to not only make sure I understood what I was paying for....she did it with out making me feel stupid. She felt like that caring auntie who just wants you to be safe and covered. Very happy with service and coverage that was affordable and understandable.

Today I received a letter, from Secretary of State, informing me that my car registration will be suspended in two weeks, because I don't have an insurance. But currently I have an insurance purchased from your agent Rachel Myers, which was unable to write down correctly my name in the policy papers and records, including on my account on state farm website. I notified this agent 3 times via email to put my correct name in my insurance policy but she didn't. The fourth time I went in person to their office in Elgin, but she continued to ignore my request. I am totally disappointed by their service, if this agent is not capable to write down the correct data on official papers how she will be able to deal with more complicated situations. I do not recommend this agent and office, unless you want deal with unexpected situations that can create you a lot of problems.

Melissa’s team took the time to explain the insurance coverage for my auto home and life policy. I had no idea how underinsured I was.
