I had a wonderful experience at McGrath Nissan in Elgin!! Ray was the one helping me find a car, I was told he was new but for being new he did an amazing job. David is the manager and he was so genuine and kind, he helped me make the best decision I’ve ever made and walked me through everything. Joe I believe is the financial manager, was very thorough, patient and so helpful through the process and so kind. Keith is the general manager and a phenomenal one, he was so helpful and reassured me through the whole process, super supportive. I cannot thank this team that worked with me enough!! Alex helped me purchase my first car, and both he and Joe were truly fantastic.
