We purchased a 5 gal pal of silver sauce thinking we would be able to clean a tanker with it. Tanker was less then a year old and never cleaned. We mixed the product exactly as recommended And we also tried it straight when we didn't get any results. There was absolutely no difference. Called the company and was told I had to speak to Steve. We played phone tag to the point I gave up calling. Maybe or maybe not I was being avoided and now this is the result of Lorchem not satisfying their customer. I really just wanted to know if I was doing something wrong with the product because of you go on their website and see the pictures, you would think even if the tanker was too old to clean, we would of see something happen. Temperature was nice, no direct sunlight, I specifically followed the directions on the 5 gallon pal and after nothing happened (zero results), I tried using the product straight without adding clean filtered water and used a scrub brush and nothing happened. It was just as effective as water. Totally useless. I tried the product on a wheel that was just dirty and it did nothing. We use to use quicksilver but they must have stopped blending it so I decided to try silver sauce and it's garbage. "If anyone would like a free sample of this product, get a hold of me and I will personally send out a sample because I have a whole bucket of it staring at me everyday. If someone can prove this product works, I will delete this review". This company does have some good products that work great but silver sauce and the lack of contact supersedes all of that.

I was proactive to make sure that my waste oil furnace was up and ready before winter. I had Lorchem come out to service, clean and make sure it ignites every morning. First they sent a tech out with little experience, he spent 5 to 6 hours with no results, then the next day they send out the regular service tech, which he had up and running. When he gave me the bill it also included the day before (seriously). When I complained the service manager took 6 hours off then kept me on the phone to make me happy. Well they've been out again and now a third time no heat. also I spent over a $1000.00 still with no results.

I have brought many pressure washers here to be fixed they always get them fixed in a quick and are fairly well priced they are very willing to help you fix your problem over the phone
