*********RIP OFFALERT*************RIP OFF ALERT RIP*****OFF ALERTI visited the Elgin location to file my 2020 taxes. Maria is the woman that helped me. She gives me one price to do my taxes and when she is done, she charges me a higher price.My taxes were filed. There’s an issue with my state taxes so I reached out to them.Nothing is done except for them telling me to send items to state. I do that and again there is an issue and my State taxes are denied. Why did I pay these people $250? *********RIP OFF ALERT************RIP OFF ALERT RIP*****OFF ALERT

I use the elgin location on Randall and have for a few years now. Shama Malik is fantastic. She always makes sure she finds any way to get you the most money possible even if that means she works your paperwork more than once. I couldn't ask for better service ?
