They requested our company to come out to wash their windows in the repair shop. The windows had never cleaned before. Our technicians had to wash them twice and scrape bugs, tar, etc off the windows. Our technicians had to climb over garbage and junk just to access some of the windows. Our technicians worked really hard trying to get the windows cleaned and did their best. It was still not good enough for them. The office manager was rude.
