~Good Day, I Have lived in the Cobblers Crossing subdivision for four years now." When I first moved in I loved this JeweL!!!! FriendLy Staff, clean and organized store and was Always stocked for the first two years. After that I saw a rapid decline. Today I visited and again there were nets flying around in the donut compartment via the bakery area. " I think they should check that often. As I know when ppl open it..they can fly in...",It's so annoying! I chose not to purchase donuts again. This has happened several times." Please work on being a bit more attentive. " Otherwise I still enjoy shopping there. Thank You KiNdLy?

Seems liking there having stocking issues. There are a lot items missing when I go there. Also most of there carts are broken

"I didn’t plan on complaining more than I already had, but unfortunately, today while talking to a relative, they let me know that they’ve also had problems with what seems to be the same woman who assisted me a few days ago. I was working as a Dasher and had to pick up an order from Jewel. I’ve noticed that in many situations, as customers, we are treated one way, but when we’re working doing deliveries, we are treated differently, sometimes disrespectfully and with disinterest.
Well, I arrived to pick up an order at 8:50 AM and called the store to let them know I was outside. The person who answered the phone told me to wait a few more minutes. Thirteen minutes later, I called again and asked how much longer it would take, to which the person on the phone rudely responded, 'It will take as long as it takes, maybe a few more minutes.' I informed her that I had been waiting for 15 minutes and that the customer was asking, to which she replied, 'That’s not true, the customer isn’t asking anything. I know that's a lie.'
I let the customer know their order would take longer and apologized, and the customer reminded me that she had a medical appointment and couldn’t be late. So, I called again, and while I was waiting for them to answer, the person in charge of bringing out the order came to my car with a rude attitude and said, 'Here it is.' I asked for her name and why she had to be rude. I showed her my phone with the customer’s messages, and she just said, 'Whatever.' I asked for her name again, and she rudely spelled it out with an arrogant attitude. I replied that she didn’t need to be rude, but what’s funny is that ten minutes after I arrived, another delivery person showed up, and they brought him his order first, even though it was much larger than the one I was supposed to pick up. I asked if he had called ahead to have it ready, and he said no, that he had called when he arrived.
I imagine the person in charge of bringing out the orders didn’t want to walk outside twice, so they made me wait until the other person’s order was ready to bring them both out. I don’t remember exactly the name of the rude lady, but as soon as I remember, I’ll update it. I went to the front of the store and asked to speak with the manager, who wasn’t available, so I spoke with a person in charge who seemed Hispanic and had something like 'Liquors' on his name tag. But the person who assisted me at the front just kept saying, 'Okay, okay, okay,' without offering an apology or anything like it,maybe katherin but Not sure.
No pensaba quejarme mas de lo que ya lo habia hecho, desafortunadamente hoy hablando con un familiar, me dejo saber que tambien ha tenido problemas con la que parece ser la misma mujer que me atendio a mi hace unos dias, estaba trabajando como dasher y me toco recoger una orden de Jewel, me he dado cuenta que en muchas ocasiones como cliente nos tratan de una manera, pero cuando estamos trabajando haciendo entregas nos tratan de diferente manera, a veces irrespetuosa y desinteresada, bueno yo llegue a recoger una orden a las 8:50AM llame a la tienda para hacerles saber que estaba afuera la persona que contesto el telefono me dijo que unos minutos mas, 13 minutos despues yo volvi a llamar y pregunte cuanto mas tardaria, a lo que la persona en el telefono me contesto de forma grosera, tarda lo que tenga que tardar, unos minutos mas tal vez, l3 indique que ya tenia 15 minutos esperando y que el cliente estaba preguntando, a lo que ella contesto , eso No es cierto el cliente no esta preguntando nada yo se que es mentira, le deje saber al cliente que su orden iba a tardar mas y que le pedia una disculpa, a lo que ella me volvio a recordar que tenia una cita medica y que No podia llegar tarde, entonces volvi a llamar y mientras estaba en espera de que contestaran el telefono la persona encargada de traer la orden, vino a mi carro con una actitud grosera y me dijo ahi esta, a lo que y

I’ll always order the tiniest cakes for $10+ and have it custom. This time, I didn’t go in person to ask for a little cake. I had gone online and was worried my instructions for an “all pastel pink vintage style cake” wouldn’t translate well
The bakery had given me a call and I tried my best to describe how I wanted the cake and said “so it’s a frilly type of style of cake… uhh if you google ‘vintage style cake’ it’s exactly what you see on the images!”
Lady on the phone: “our cake decorator is new and says she’ll try her best! But don’t expect too much out of her! She started not too long ago”
I told them it’s fine, just try your best!
When my daughter and I walked in this morning to get it, it was EXACTLY how I pictured it in my head it turned out beautifully! 10/10 for the newest cake decorator! The details were amazing! They look exactly like those cakes you’d pay $35+ for but for the cheap easy jewel price of $10 I’m a mom on a budget so this was absolutely amazing in both price and aesthetically beautiful!

The customer service ladies are awesome. The store itself is low on product and doesn't carry items found at other Jewels. Spend more time and shop the Streamwood Jewel. Worth it. Clean store, ample inventory, easier checkout!

Not selling yard waste stickers at the register is absolutely ridiculous! What an absolute inconvenience to your customers who stand in beyond long lines (since you only open 2 registers at a time, don't get me started on that). Then you have to go and wait for customer service!!!! Do better, use your heads and put your customers first!!! (Ps, tell ALL your employees where your yard waste bags are so you don't leave people walking back and forth MULTIPLE TIMES!!!)

Visit this location I’ve lost my wallet or misplaced. I spoke with Nancy and customer service and was very helpful and she up over and beyond to review and to locate luckily for me I did find it and I am extremely grateful for her services. thank you, Nancy

15 items or less self checkout is a deal breaker for me. I will not be shopping here much anymore. Will only buy what is on sale and that's it.
I don't like people bagging my groceries and I like to make sure everything rings up properly.
Good job Jewel management.

If you're going to make self checkout 15 items or less, maybe have more than one checkout lane open. Which ironically is always the express lane for 15 items or less.

Go-to grocery store for the area. Pricing can be a little rough, but if you get the app it makes it a lot easier to save money. Staff is overall friendly, haven't had any real complaints.

I simply love the sales.......and the awesome people who work there are ALWAYS so helpful and polite!
6/19/23.....over 20 people waiting for self check out and only one cashier open and he isn't 21......usually better.
5/13/24....Do NOT use the drive and go on Summitt st! My 1st time EVER meeting RUDE EMPLOYEES @ Jewel/Osco! Completely inconsiderate, hung up on me TWICE! Refused to answer my questions and the wait was insane!
