Attention Jewel Managers At The Next Employee Meeting Please Inform Your Cashier's To Be More Polite. Especially Susan, I Just Left Your Establishment Feeling So Drained And Disappointed Because The Behavioral Of Cashier Susan. She Had An Attitude The Whole Time Of Ringing Me Up. And Didn't Greet Me Not Once. To Be Honest, Every Time I Visit This Location The Discrimination Is So Unreal. Next Time I'll Be Taking It Up With Corporate.

Zaida is the Best, she is always willing to Help, this is the 2nd time that I asked for a tiramisu cake and she goes to the back cooler and grab it for me, she knows what customer service means Thanks So Much!!!

The lady that helped me in the bakery department literally is amazing! I seriously wish I caught her name!! I went in on Tuesday 2/20 at 9:20 am and she and one other lady were working. They were both busy working but the one jumped in to help me with finding the bread I was looking for!!It’s hard to find people that are actually willing to help like she did!

This Jewel Osco is more busy day and night compared to others I’ve been to in the area. They also seem to have more options or availability in groceries and food from the deli.
