Went to the deli on 8/30 around 630pm to pick up some fried chicken and was really disappointed in what I saw one of the workers there did with the chicken. There was a piece of chicken that had dropped on the floor and the lady behind the counter decides to throw it back in the warmer with the rest of the chicken. Then proceeds to ask me if I wanted some. She must be out of her mind acting like I didn't see what she just did. Please be careful with her if she's working, older lady with glasses.

I've been battling cancer for over a year so to say that I frequent pharmacies is an understatement! That being said I've dealt with all the major ones in the area (CVS you are the absolute worst and should be ashamed of yourselves!) and the Osco pharmacy here has been hands down the best by far! Never problems with my meds, never any mix ups, always available in an emergency, communication is great as well. Even when there were issues with insurance they made sure I had my medication regardless! Great job guys!- a Thankful Paitent

What an utter joke this store is, prices are higher then everyone and they had 2 cashiers working today. One in the 15 items or less to boot, I was in line at the other register and next in line. Left my food on the belt after waiting 15-20 minutes because a meat item wouldn't scan and a rain check issue on 10 cans of tuna!!

On 5/28/22 my normal Jewel pharmacy was out of the insulin I needed. For some reason all the Jewels in the area were out. The pharmacist at the Summit st Jewel helped me out a bunch. She was very busy and made sure I got the help I needed.

Just had an employee threaten me with blocking orders as i am a Doordash driver. I cannot lift heavy cases of water, ontop of the fact that customers take advantage of us by not tipping and barely covering mileage costs. I'm an older lady, with health issues and cannot carry heavy items and because I couldnt take the order, a young, ignorant employee threatened to block any future orders I might get from this location. I even shop at this store and now I am DONE. DONE shopping with YOU and DONE DELIVERING your orders when it's apparent the customer tips aren't getting to the drivers. Where is the $ going, Jewel?

I was there today most of the employees including someone in the meat department had their noses out of there mask! A mask mandate means you were it properly all the time! !

This store has improved briefly when Julio was acting manager. Scott was also a good manager. The two of them must be gone now. The produce has definitely suffered. I bought some tomatoes there and within 5 days they were covered in green mold spots and were shriveled. Same problem with the peppers. I also bought some Philadelphia Cream and though it said sell by April 26, it got moldy within a week. The store director Allen Anderson was reluctant to give me replacements. Find another store is your best bet.

I have had two incidents with the service of the Drive Up & Go service here. Both have been handled by the manager(s) on duty. Today, I ordered online. After they loaded my groceries in my trunk, I decided to check. The two slabs of ribs that I ordered for that evening's dinner were noted as Out of Stock. I parked and went inside and the manager found three locations where the baby back ribs were for sale, 2 for 1. Manager Steve T. advised they DO NOT TRACK WHO THE PICKERS ARE and could not even address the issue with the staff. While I was compensated, they have certainly lost my trust. If they can't successfully deliver this service, they should use a different store that has better oversight. Terrible customer service. What business doesn't have a process that tracks who is fulfilling the customers' orders? Doesn't make sense. Their process seems broken...
