I bought a new 2023 F-150 XLT from Ford today. Jaden was my salesman, and he knew every question I had right away. He was extremely helpful, and was an awesome salesman. I’m very happy to do business with him, and Hopkins Ford. We couldn’t find a price that was going to work for me, but we kept talking for 5 more days, and they kept working harder and harder to get the truck to me at the price I needed it. They were finally able to make it work, and I’m very grateful that they worked so hard for me. I will absolutely be buying more cars from them in the future. I would 100% recommend this dealer, and Jaden as your salesman. Thanks Jaden!

I recently had a poor experience with the service department, which was highly unusual. In the past, I could always give a 5 STAR review. Not this time.HOWEVER, the customer relations manager, Jessica, reached out to me after seeing my concerns and we were able to resolve everything to my satisfaction. She was professional and totally understood my concerns. I really appreciate the fact that she reached out to me and everything was resolved. I will definitely continue doing business with Hopkins.

I have had my 2013 Ford Escape for about a decade and anticipated for it to give out a WHILE ago. The only reason it’s still functioning to its best ability is the simple fact of the service department caring for my vehicle the way they do. From Ryan the manager to the technician, I am beyond satisfied every single time I leave. If I could rate 10 stars I would.10/10 recommend!

Hopkins Ford of Elgin gave me much confidence in buying a used vehicle as they make sure all their used vehicles are in good mechanical condition. They're weren't pushy and addressed all my concerns past my expectations. Would definitely recommend!

I usually don’t write bad reviews on any business. However this was the worst service experience. I made an appointment for a recall on a 2015 ford explorer. They kept the car for over two weeks and didn’t get fixed. I called every day for updates and they told me a tech would call me back with info. However I never received a call. I also had other issues that wanted to get fix like a leak from the sunroof and they could not figure out where the water was coming in from. Long story short they nothing got fixed and they charged me $180 just because they took a look at it. Never going back.

I have owned Ford pickups for years , have had great success with my Ford trucks When it comes to general maintenance I just don’t have time to bring it in , I work many hours . Hopkins Ford came to my job and picked up my Truck , they did the maintenance and brought it back to me . Making it easy with my busy schedule Thank you Hopkins I will continue to use your service on all my vehicles. The process with Hopkins started out well. The salesman Ignacio was kind, helpful, and straightforward. The process went south when the asst manager tried to nickel & dime us on a protective exterior coating that is optional but tried to make it mandatory. This was a cash deal and nothing that is not already on the car should be mandatory, especially when they were charging double for the service than other locations. Hopkins claims to care about their customer but they need education on true customer service. This is not the place to go and buy a car if you are looking for integrity and great customer service even if they claim that is what they are about. Do better Hopkins.Sincerely,Unsatisfied customer

Had the experience of buying my first car here @Ford Hopkins with Austin W. Had a great experience didn't try to oversell me anything I didn't want. Gave me honest opinions. And answered any questions that came up. Gave me insight and details about the car and was able to make a first time buyer feel comfortable. Only issue I had was with financing interest rate with banks because the department at Hopkins was great but Chase systems were down and wasn't too happy with that when got pre approved for a better rate when before walking in. But they still helped me find answer to that problem and even though not being to happy with the finance part of it still very happy with my first purchase and finance department was helpful as well.

Terrible service Dept. They messed up my car several times and wouldn't admit it. Now I have to take it somewhere else to resolve the issues. Tried to talk to "director" of service. He makes promised he cant keep and then has another deliver the bad news. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some hassle, DO NOT bring your car here. I would give zero stars if I could....

Hopefully not all cars are lemons like mine Ford Motor Company Ford Motor Company knows what I am talking about.... Hopkins Ford of Elgin Ford of Elgin lies about fixing cars under warranty.... All explorers have issues.... ?? Really 3 times in the shop after full transmission replacement and still having issues??? Now the customer service satisfaction of Ford asked if I want to get the engineering department involved?? Really ?? Or easily said I can trade in my car and take the hit of $10k on upside down..... ridiculous 15k miles on the car and they washed their hands

Call a few weeks ago about a 2020 Mustang GT350 and spoke to Angel. He got back to me with a rate and payment pretty quickly. I then spoke to Emilio to seal the deal. I am located in NJ and never bought a car out of state. These guys were super nice never pushy and answered every question I had. It was a smooth process and I appreciate their work. Absolutely love the car!! if I was local to Hokins Ford they would be my go to with out a doubt. THANK YOU!!!

I went in this place hoping and wishing they would allow me to walk away with a car I can afford. Austin was amazing he expressed he was here to help. I explained the vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to pay he listened and made many deals, this made me feel like the most important person in the building. Then Adam came to take over gave me a deal that was reasonably explained every number . I appreciate the help!

Decided to try this place to get a oil change since we take all our city Ford vehicles here to get serviced oil chance got to the service department and quick lane waited 15 minutes in the quick lane Nobody greeted me pulled my car in to the service center. Nobody greeted me walked in the service center four people are working nobody greeted me. I got to say horrible customer service, and looking around unprofessional mechanics. I will recommend our. City to stop taking our vehicles to this Ford dealership

Wow, guess I should have read the reviews BEFORE I went to Hopkins Ford in Egin. I could have saved some time. They are really not very customer friendly. Bottom line, the manager basically told me he wouldn't talk about selling a car until I gave him my license. (I Guess you should expect to get carded when you walk into certain dealerships). Anyway, I explained that I was interested in a certain car and that I did not want to receive a lifetime of marketing calls. I explained further that I had recently given my personal information to a salesman at another dealership, and they called me twice a day for weeks and I didn't want a repeat of what amounts to harassment.Finally, I told the manager that I WOULD be willing to exchange information at the appropriate time (NOT at Hello). The Manager was rude and basically told me to come back when I am ready to give him license for him to copy.Seems to me they are missing the point, which is to sell cars and not collect people's personal information. There are lots of car dealerships out there, and you can be sure I am going to be making my next purchase from one of them... and not Hopkins Ford in Elgin. Read the reviews Mr. Hopkins.... Don't you think it is about time you take notice? Really!

My wife and I purchased a used car and Jaden helped us along the way. While the negotiation process is challenging, the team at Hopkins Ford made the process smooth and painless. The team went above and beyond ensuring that we were comfortable with our purchase - they even coordinated a time to have our mechanic inspect prior to purchase. Purchasing a vehicle can be very stressful, but Jaden and the team at Hopkins Ford made the process smooth and efficient. Recommend!
