I was looking to lease a Mustang Mach E, called several dealerships and Ford Hopkins gave me the best deal on it. Arturo made the process super easy and even delivered the car to my house with paper work to sign. Great experience all around and special shout out to Arturo for exceptional customer experience.

A few months back, I had the pleasure of assisting my father to find him a new vehicle. After a horrific experience at Huntley Ford, I knew we wanted to seek out a different dealership, which is why we chose Hopkins Ford in Elgin, IL.
When arriving to Hopkins Ford, we were greeted by Adal Lugo, which happens to be one of the sales manager. Adal was very polite, and he set us up with a sales associate, Bernie Barradas. It was a pleasure to take a test drive with Bernie, where he educated my father on I of all the features of our soon-to-be new Ford Escape, and he walked us through the options through Ford Financing for the new vehicle.
When we ironed out the details, we moved onto Aaron Barnes, which is the finance manager at Hopkins. This was that moment where you’re expecting the pressure and the snake oil to come out, but it was quite the opposite. Aaron walked us through everything, outlined all the paperwork before requiring any signatures, and explained the benefits of the extended coverage and other warranty details. A real great guy…
Such a refreshing experience, compared to the smoke and mirrors show over at Huntley Ford. I feel comfortable giving my business to Hopkins Ford and I look forward to future service visits, as well as future purchases with this dealership.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy 1500 duramax rst. I did not have the best of luck with the vehicle. Not the dealers fault. The customer service had been so great at this dealership they made sure to have my truck running at 100% when they could have just said you are SOL since I was from out of town. I
Live in Nebraska and I will be going back to Hopkin ford to purchase my next vehicle. They actually care about their customers!!!

Working with Arturo Camacho and Angel actually made it fun buying a car. They are super comfortable and very professional. The last car purchase we made was a huge mistake so I was dreading this. Arturo reminded me that buying a car can be a good experience. We received first class treatment. It helps to shop around because then you appreciate them even more!

This is again my favorite dealer. My problem was that I needed more understanding when it came to ordering and receiving parts. When the part came in, Ford sent someone to pick up my truck and finish the repair.

Arturo at Hopkins Ford assisted me when I bought my new 2024 bronco this summer. He made the experience not only delightful, but incredibly easy to navigate and understand. He has also made himself available to this day to answer any questions for me, he goes out of his way to check on how I’m enjoying the car to make sure i’m still happy with it! Everyone at Hopkins Ford was wonderful and I would highly recommend others to do their car shopping with them!

Even the sales manger Emilio helped work with me finding the right fit and even going above and beyond to keep in touch with me during busy times .
