Called to make an appointment for first time and the receptionist was VERY rude on the phone. Then I spoke with a groomer was nicer and then sent me back to the receptionist for a possible appointment and the phone hung up. Sooo, no I will not be going there. They sounded too overwhelmed and very angry over there. Not taking my pup to an upsetting environment

I’ve brought all my dogs, both big and small, to Heavenly Paws for 10+ years. They are very accommodating and patient no matter what mood my dog is in. I know my dog will always be treated with the best care. On a personal note, when my kids were still babies, they would even come out to my car and get my dog so we wouldn’t have to unload everyone. Dogs are Man’s best friend and “Heavenly Paws is Dog’s best friend!”

Be prepared this woman is not friendly at all. She is very nasty! I never made it past the driveway her attitude was so unprofessional and when I let her know I didn’t appreciate how she was speaking to me she got increasingly nasty but cannot handle anybody speaking their mind. When I arrived her first comment was I don’t know you, even though I explained to her over the phone that she met my dogs but not me I even gave her the name of the person who brought my dogs to her. And when I reiterated what I said earlier on the phone her she was rude. Stay away she is a crusty nasty lady who is extremely unpleasant. I guess she works with dogs because she cannot work with people.
