Funky Rooster Tattoo and Art Gallery is a fun and colorful custom tattoo shop and art gallery in downtown Elgin. We're just a bunch of friendly people who get excited about creating great art. Stop in to check out our art on the walls, all created by our shop artists, and talk to an artist about a tattoo idea you may have. Our tattooers work with a variety of styles of tattoos, from realism, to traditional, new school, illustrative, custom lettering, blackwork, geometric line work designs, etc, all in full color or black and grey. We are located on the East side of the river just minutes from the Metra train station and the Grand Victoria Casino. We opened in 2013 and have loved being a part of such a creative and artistic downtown.
