Wow this place has gone down hill since ownership change. Rude staff, wash broken ( not all rollers working) left soap all on left side of car. Prices rise and quality falls. Too bad been going since they opened and fullers was always great…

Place was better when it was Fullers. The lady we spoke with was rude when we asked for a re ride and was denied. They no longer scrub the front or back end of the car either. Cancelled membership. There’s much better places around.

I don't think this place will be in business very long it used to be Fuller's and they did a good job the new company has prices that are outrageous and the and the employees don't care how the cars come out

I won't be back. I'm tired of businesses raising rates using costs as an excuse. I enjoyed a 5.00 express wash and it was doubled to 10.00.. No way Jose...

I received the best customer service from Heidi, she was so great in helping me troubleshoot an issue with my membership. She was extremely patient and helpful.

Friendly staff and vacuums are always in working order.
Update: Looks like this car wash is running under new ownership and new business name. The cheapest wash went from $5 to $10(yes, doubled the price). Looks like their business went down since the new owners took over, I can see fewer cars going in there. Definitely a bad strategy to raised up their prices

I’ve been going to this wash for years. Fullers would scrub the front of your car when loaded with bugs. Also loved having the vehicles hand dried. Sparkle does apply more soap but this about it. The staff does not do anything extra. Hope they plan to bring back additional staff who know how to operate a car wash. So far pretty disappointed with the new ownership.

Not paying $10 for a basic car wash.
New owners DOUBLED the price!!!
What was a OK Basic car wash (never good, mush less great), is now ridiculous.
Go to "Key West", next to Jewels on Randall, 1/2 mile away.

I've been a monthly subscriber to Fullers for some time now, and while the wash itself is great, there's a recurring issue that has become quite frustrating. During peak hours, when you'd expect the car wash to be fully operational to handle the high demand, it is often coned off and unavailable. Despite the place being open, access to the wash is frequently blocked. This timing seems incredibly inconvenient, as it's during the busiest parts of the day when many of us need it the most. I hope the management can address this issue and ensure that the car wash is available when customers need it, especially during those peak times. Otherwise, it defeats the purpose of paying for a monthly subscription.

Fullers was excellent but this place is horrible. I came out of car wash with soap still on my car on the passenger side of my car. I showed the girl and she said "sorry No redo"s". I gave it 2 more tries and I Left my car with soap streaks and residue. Miss the towel drying/matts cleaning/etc. I have the monthly pass and will be cancelling it. I need to find a better place to go that will leave my car clean and shiny without soap left on it.

Not paying $10 for an inferior wash. Fullers was $5 and I could live with water spots and not getting the rear completely clean. But no more. Circle K will be getting my business

Fast friendly service
