People are complaining about the weight limit of 25lbs- rude people. This lady is 70 years old, quick and doesn’t make your dog sit in a crate for 4-5 hours.She doesn’t use perfumes that can make a dog sick or wash them poorly.Fran can do my two dogs in less than two hours for full cuts, baths and blowouts- on undercoats!!I have never met a more efficient groomer who had her business for decades.Fran deserves five stars for still grooming - not retiring and doing a wonderful groom!!

Fran is very friendly and when I took my dog in the first time she was done with him in an hour and he looked fabulous. He goes back this week.I don’t like the places that keep your dog 4 hours to groom them. Would recommend.
