Each time I've needed service, Fox Valley has not disappointed. Concise communication and effective troubleshooting skills are their main mantras and at least for me, they've succeeded every time.

I have to say for where I live and what I pay the service is outstanding. I rarely have any interruption in service. Even with the blizzard conditions yesterday I never lost my signal. I have limited internet resources living in rural boone county. I'm so glad I found this provider and it's a local small business.

I’ve had Fox internet for a little while but was about to switch as service had been iffy. However, spoke with new management and everything has been great since. James was very friendly and now I can rely on my internet during bad storms. 5 stars!
