Although very under the radar, the vet is wonderful and full of knowledge.

I had the worst experience with my new puppy. I was trying to get him into the groomers to get a hair cut and she told me she couldn’t do the vaccine I needed. While she was giving him the one vaccine she started coughing if my face. She went in to the room next to us and coughed for about 15 minutes in the room with needle out and in hand. She comes back saying she thinks she has walking pneumonia . If you are that sick you should take the day off instead of exposing patients. If there we a zero I would give it .

Dr Rycroft saw my dog after a pretty intense stroke and was able to get him back to normal at 1/4 of the cost of a vet near me. Highly recommend to go see her. Great care doesn't need to cost an arm and a leg.

Cares about YOUR ANIMAL !!,doesn't sugar coat things to make YOU happy or feel comfortable ...and as an animal lover myself I understand why. If you want to be welcomed with a smile bringing in your SICK pet and expect her to be nice about why and how your pet is in it's condition.....by all means try the big name vets . But if you CARE about your pets overall health I STRONGLY suggest you LISTEN to what she is saying to you . Doesn't matter how it happened or why she just needs the whole truth to know what your pet is suffering from. She may not even like you , but I guarantee SHE will be the one who CAN SAVE your pet .blunt and direct in best intrest for the ANIMALS WELLNESS.... true to her business and ever since she is the only person I can actually trust to have my Luna's BEST interest in mind. God bless you Dr Rykoff!! Luna is now 5 yrs after being diagnosed with parvo as a puppy , and now has puppies of her own.

Dangerous mistake! I sent my fiance to take our cat in for a foot injury and was given a bottle of lavendoil to put on his exposed claw a couple drops a day. I know for a fact lavender is toxic. I also was charged for the bottle that could've winded my cat with other medical conditions. I'm very upset about this

I was just calling trying to make an appointment but was spoken to very rudely. The receptionist was very hostile towards me only because I was trying to explain what I was trying to get taken care of. Appointment coming up I hope they are nicer in person ??

Dr. Rykoff ,Very unprofessional, takes forever to returns calls or doesn’t call you with test results. Was fishing around with my baby to draw his blood, doesn’t wash hands and test are inconclusive. After all that fishing to draw blood high cost on labs for nothing. The place is dirty and smells like ammonia.

I have known this vet for going on 30 years or more. She is kind, considerate, and gives it to you straight. I don't know another vet who is more compassionate. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!

The staff is absolutely amazing and truly cares about the animals they see. We unfortunately lost our dog a few days ago and they tried so many things to help her.

Such a caring place. Not a fancy expensive show room, just down to earth people who love animals. Rescue here as it's a No-kill with great caring people.

Dr. Rykoff has quite the heart for animals and has a warm presence. She genuinely wants to give them a chance to live good and healthy lives. I appreciate her holistic approach to healing and her continued communication and focus even after the visit with any questions I had. I will keep going back to her for my cat needs

This is past overdue, DO NOT COME HERE! My family had been taking the family dog here for all his life, he's 13 now and he was always a healthy dog so he never needed any checking other than the typical rabies shots etc.. and now that I'm 18 I had been taking him here myself the last couple times this past year and I had gotten my own dislikes about this place very fast as they're unprofessional, rude, messy and irrational on their diagnosis. I told my family we should go other places but they insisted as it seemed pointless to switch places and spend 65 on a regular checkup when they can spend less at the one they had been all their life. So I understood my family a little but I had so many doubts so I went again 2 months ago as he had been scratching himself a lot and was not eating so he was getting a little skinnier.. the vet not only misdiagnosed him with a heart murmur and gave us a heart and skin SUPPLEMENT(NOT HEART MEDICINE) for it. And just said to switch foods.. the supplement was completely useless as we found out just yesterday by another place as my baby boy continued to get worse really fast really this past week. He actually had congested heart failure and the doctors were shocked how poorly my baby boy was misdiagnosed and it was too late.. they said if he had gotten a proper check two months ago( the same time I wanted to look for other places) he could have lived much much longer and healthier if we were given actual MEDICATION and a x ray check up and a blood check(none of which was offered nor mentioned by this establishment) my beautiful boy is now in his death bed as it's too late for him now and I could never forgive myself nor this place as I should've trusted myself two months ago and I was right about this place.. UNFORGIVABLE!!
