Not good! Very disappointed with this flower shop. Didn't appreciate the flowers that were delivered. The flowers order did not reflect what was on the picture it had missing flowers. I sent an email twice and did not get a response back I would have appreciated if someone responded to the email. SO DISAPPOINTED NOT WORTH WHAT I PAYED FOR.

The person I sent flowers to called twice to say how beautiful the arrangement was! She even loved that the handwritten note Floral Excellence sent on our behalf had phenomenal penmanship. They were great about communicating exactly when the flowers would be dropped off so they weren't sitting outside that long. I would definitely order from Floral Excellence again!

Tried to shop local and support a small business rather than purchasing flowers from a big box store. Went there at 2pm on 10/20 to purchase sweetest days flowers and they were closed. Door was locked with no sign on it.

The flowers I sent my grandma were beyond what I expected. Absolutely beautiful! I stopped using those online flower companies and decided to just Google local shops and I'm so glad I chose Floral Excellence. Will use them again if I ever need flowers!
