Terrible customer service. Fifth third bank overall could not give me a status of my money transfer. This particular branch was also very unhelpful in the process. They make it harder than it needs to be to access money.

They "misplaced" a $300 cashier's check, causing the account to overdraft and they refuse to answer any calls or reply to any emails to resolve the issue. When you call the main 800 number you're told to deal with the branch directly but you get nowhere when you try. Horrible bank.

I left this bank because I came out of bank there was a family of Mexicans going through my car husband was a look out wife was in my car I went inside told them they did absolutely nothing she said if nothing was stolen they can’t do nothing she didn’t move a muscle I said your not gonna check surveillance she said they do there own thing I moved to a different bank I would give them a minus if I could

One of the worst bank it is drived all the way from 8 miles and they always have a this type of maintaince and doesnt even know when it will be fixed like when its ia not working have it fixed in night why in a day time when people need to transcation.

My grandmother had this bank and I'm urging her to close it and do a police report due to the fact that somehow somebody got her account information and spent and spent a total of $1790, She is on a fixed income and they refused to help her saying that she did it she must have given out her bank information or a code, that is purely ridiculous they are ridiculous get your stuff together. Seems to me they're all about helping thieves not their customers I would definitely not use this bank.

Great experience!Mariela Sandoval was very helpful and knowledgeable when going through a loan application. Mariela was very professional individual, answered all my questions, followed up with every call, email and took the liberty to order me a new debit card when she found out that my card was close to expire.

I use Fifth Third for my business banking. I've never had so many problems with a bank in my entire life. They put random "holds" on checks because they were deposited using the ATM or mobile banking. Which they promote using! Recently they delayed a deposit by placing a two week hold on a check, when I could prove the funds were in the source account. This then caused me to not be able to close on a real estate purchase. Do yourself a favor and choose a more quality bank. Avoid Fifth Third, specifically the Larkin branch.

I am a coin collector and I went here simply to see if I could buy some dollar coins which I "could" but in reality I couldn't, I walked in and asked for them and they said they did! But then they told me I had to have an account with them just to exchange for a coin! How ridiculous! I've been to other Banks and they are quite polite and just trade like I ask. I don't understand what the point was of exchanging a dollar for a dollar!

I worked with Nancy Sandoval and she helped me resolve an issue I had in a critical time. The 5/3 bank employees here are phenomenal always making their customers first priority. Thank you Nancy!!
