I called to get a quote everything went fine I was told I got a bundle car and life insurance. He asked me for my debit card info I gave it not letting me know $446 were going to be taken out as down payment. I said that’s fine I guess he said it would be $212 car $20 life policy. I get my statement in the mail for $265.44 I called him several times with in 2 weeks and nothing resolved asking me if he can call me back never did I called him several times. Also I still have no clue who I have this life ins policy with I have yet to receive anything in the mail or any response from him. Today 9/5/24 I called the insurance company Buschbach and they said my payment is still $265.44 and I don’t have a life ins policy with them I said ok thank you I’ll pay it but I will be cancelling when the 6 months is over.

When I got a home and cars I automatically started with this company. Good thing you don’t deal with insurance often but I should’ve cancelled with them years ago. Agent Rojelio and Yolanda and very rude. They answer the phone so unprofessional and when you have questions they rush to hang up on you. And they wonder why I’m cancelling. I was always calling to see if they can help me out on getting cheaper quotes as it came time to re new and it was always excuses or call back. My recommendation is to go online you’ll find better and cheaper insurance for all the coverage you need. Bottom line is they aren’t professional as I gave my service to them for 4 years. They are rude period and just want to get the most money they can from you in a honesty. When I cancelled they were even more rude and it’s Unnecessary.

Paying full cover and towing service. My car breaks down i pay for the tow truck out of pocket. Dont want to reimburse my money. Dont recommended this place.
