The service is always been swift and courteous and appropriate. Two years ago my wife and I relocated 150 miles away from the Elgin office, but we chose to retain the Anthony Eason agency because of the excellent service. The relocation and it’s insurance has gone very well.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I have received from Anthony Eason and Kaysha. I have been with this Farmer's Co. for 37 years and they have gone far and beyond my expectations. Anthony worked for Roger Weiss who became my friend over the years Roger even plowed my driveway when I first moved here in '87 and had no tractor yet. I will never switch especially after my last claim Farmers takes care of their customers and Kaysha always answers or calls you back.

I am so pleased with the personal touch, in-depth understanding, and counseling I experienced with Anthony and Kaysha at this office. I called with hopes to lower my rate on my homeowners and auto policy and not only did my rates go down, but now I fully understand the "why" behind what I am paying for. I spoke with Kaysha for almost an hour on a Tuesday (1/10/2023) and am so happy with the outcomes. This is not just any insurance company; this is insurance with a personal touch! No longer am I tempted to go to Allstate, Progressive or Geico! :)

Anthony and Kaysha are the best!!! They graciously helped us with a last minute detail that needed to be completed by the end of the year. Kaysha got right on it and we made the deadline. They have always been there for us when we needed them.

We have been very happy with the level of service of Anthony Eason Insurance Agency. When purchasing a new vehicle, Kaysha Eason went over and above to provide different quotes and give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. She was extremely patient with the process, and it was a pleasure to have the same individual we could speak with instead of a different representative every time you call at other insurance groups. The Easons provide very personal service to their clients, and we could not be happier with their agency.

Anthony has been our agent ever we switched to Farmers many years ago. From my own experience, he has always listened to my side of insurance needs, and then worked hard to find the best possible policy within in my budget for me. He is very thorough and would very hard within our insurance policy limitation to reduce our insurance premiums or help out on our insurance claims. Kaisha, the agency’s producer is very energetic. She’ll work day and night trying to issue a new policy or update our existing insurance policies step by step in a professional manner. Anthony is great! We had significant hail and wind damage to our roof, so we asked a roofing contractor to assess the damage and quote the repairs. Anthony helped us get the claim filed, and they covered the entire replacement. Overall, we had a fantastic experience that was very easy!
