This store has taken a turn for the worse. The customer service is horrible and the rudeness is unacceptable. Most of the staff are normally on their phones when you approach the register to pay for your items. It seems like your hassling them when asking for help or even returning an item with a receipt.The isles are always full of boxes filled with merchandise being kicked around. I’ve witnessed cashier’s arguing with customers over pricing instead of using the saying “ the customers are always right “ it’s really needing new management. Not to be offensive but nobody in the store knows English and it makes it hard to ask about products. It’s maybe 1 African American cashier who seems to be fighting to get hours in the mornings , who speaks English. So unfair to everyone.

I went to buy washer and dryer and stood for 30 minutes and so sales person came to me. So, left and bought elsewhere. Then, I went to buy a fridge recently on a week night. No staff anywhere. No cashiers. They instituted self check out and zero cashiers. So, I bought elsewhere. Back in the day, home depot was fun to shop, now, it's a shadow of what it once was. A ghost own now.

Store never answer their phone no matter what time you call. The often fail to update their pricing on their produce which you end up paying more than calculated. They need to do better.

They don't check the expiration dates and sell them like this I bought some cookies ? they had the expiration date of August 17/22 until yesterday 9-29-22 ?
