Literally can't get anything done correctly got a transmissions from them and it was already blown then I get a new transmissions from them that took a week almost double than it took for the last one and didn't give me the brackets for the shift linkage literally children running this place. Would leave a 0 star review if I could.

Really disappointed with the communication at Elgin super auto parts. I came in the night before to place order for a tail light and trunk assembly. I specified that I would also like the hinges for trunk. Next day when I go to pick up parts, I find out that they only charged me for trunk and not the tail light and they forgot about the hinges. I am currently waiting for the hinges to be provided free of charge which is nice but I have been waiting for about 35-40 minutes already. This could’ve been communicated better so I don’t waste an entire hour here. I feel as if my time is not respected. Shouldn’t tell a client “10 more minutes” then proceed to take 25 minutes. Would like to see better communication and respect clients time.
