I've been coming to this Hyundai store for a year or 2 for service and they always take care of me every time! Hyundai has consistently done right by me. So naturally when I needed a new car I'd go to Hyundai.Gilber I. Showed us some cars helped us realize what we were looking for and made us a deal! Very professional yet friendly sales rep! I would buy from Gilber again!Adding to my Hyundai collection.

So I had an old car from my brother after he joined the service and decided that the money I was putting into the car wasn’t worth all that so I headed down to Elgin Hyundai and met Skylar. Skylar was there for me from start all the way to finish and even gave me ways to contact the store and himself for anything regarding my new car! Skylar was absolutely amazing, very clear, professional, and a respectable salesman. He also was super helpful regarding pricing and ensuring that I am set for my future with this vehicle. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience! Thank you Skylar so much and thank you to other members of Hyundai Management for your amazing work. If I, or anyone ever needs a car in the future definitely be sure to check out Elgin Hyundai and meet up with Skylar, he will be there for you like he is for me!

Thanks to the assisting manager allowing get me in sooner then my appointment was. I needed a oil change on my 22 santa fe. But This is the second time technician Alex Garcia forgot to put parts back on my car and splashing oil all over important parts. If the sparkplug coil fails I know why.

Long service wait and did not finish service appt. I was also missing paperwork and bribed to leave a good review on another site. Crazy car buying experience This dealership is poorly run and managed. Same computer generated response to every complaint that they don't fix.

I purchased my Genesis G70 from this dealership in May 2023; it was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. I was in and out in two hours. The sales staff was terrific! I will purchase my next vehicle from them without hesitation. I love driving my car!

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with They don't deserve one star . They should get zero stars .I dealt with the general manager Michael Meah . He lied and pretended to be competent until I wired the money for a certified preowned Palisade . Once he got my money and I asked for title to ship the car he became rude and irate . Cursing on the phone and hanging up on me . That was just the beginning of my misery when the car was delivered it was dirty , seats stained , car smelly with strong cigarette smells and scratches and scuffs on the inside and outside . The car also came with tank almost empty . Missing documents . I can go on and on .So much for buying a certified preowned Stay away from this dealership at all cost

Over 10 year customer, 2 cars purchased from here and over 10+ referrals!!!! My experience has gone from Great, as my initial review, to Horrible. It's been over two and a half hours for an oil change and just to check something with my car slightly shaking when accelerating. I receive no check-ins, nothing. To be honest I've been here when it was rock and packed and received better service, today there were only two cars ahead of me waiting. My agent was Keith, and let's just say turned into a "real character" after I declined their $799 service. I had my 4-year-old daughter with and didn't have much time and when I asked him to check The shaking thing he responded with "not sure if you have enough time" in a sarcastic tone. The only one to really help out was the service manager and Ronnie D. What a Poor customer experience. Looks like Kia might be my next option.

I contact the dealership because I saw the car I was interested in.I spoke with Katie, asked if everything is okay with the car and she told me yes.I came just to figure out the car is not there. They asked me if I interested in other car ,and I said no.Next day George Serrato text me and said car is ready.I went again and looked at the car.I asked if everything is okay with car and I was told by George it just passed inspection.That I was called by day dealer manager and I was told that car probably have some damage and they need to look at that.After the weekend I was told the car is not available for sale because it has severe body damage.Summary more than 6 hours waisted on trip and dealing with dealership.Two person that I dealt with both give me false information - cat was not there when I was told it was, and car had body damage when I was told it was checked by the dealer.Now I understand why car salesman have this reputation.Very sad to see that people have to lie in order to make a living.

Matt our sales counselor was fantastic to work with! He truly listened to what we were looking for and got it right! The entire team was very quick! From evaluating our trade in, going over different payment options and and to signing the paperwork they made sure the process went smooth. We were done signing paperwork in less than 30 mins! It was a breath of fresh air to buy a car from Elgin Hyundai.

My service advisor, Andy, was very attentive. I needed a new tire and had made an emergency appointment online (late at night, the night before) to replace it the next day. I did not know I needed to order it from parts first so it was not in stock. We discussed some comparable brands and I decided on one but then Andy went above and beyond and surprised me by getting a matching tire to my other 3. He kept me informed all throughout the wait. He even directed me to a quiet place where I could take a zoom meeting while I waited for my tire to be replaced. He was amazing. That's what you call great customer service!
