So unprofessional!!! Rude. Every word you can think of. I literally got cursed out without the bad words. I lived 1hr away and wanted another letter before I headed to location to make sure it was a done deal. And they refused to and instead I got told my the sales manager that his word was enough and told me good luck that I can go else where. And didn’t let me say a word !!!
Will never do business with them even if they were the last dealership around !!!
