When I arrived at the Elgin dealership I was greeted by Alex Lopez. From the time I stepped in the door to the time I left. I was treated with great customer service. Alex was very helping and understanding of the situation that I explained to him and what vehicle I had my heart set on. Alex was able to meet every wish that I had for a the vehicle I had in choice.

Kyle finance manager is really easy to work with and genuinely was upfront and honest about interest rates and was able to answer the questions I had. This place really does care about the customer service aspect. Paul was great and easy to work with. Uz tried to be efficient and fast as we came in around 6pm on a Friday night. Uz also was knowledgeable about the wrangler which wasn’t the same experience we had at another dealer.

Alex lopez sold me my
2021 cherokee and 2024 jeep grand cherokee,on multiple ocassions alex was the best salesperson ive delt with. Hes the best in my opinion at elgin jeep. He'll be the only salsman i work with or refer. Thank you A.L for all you do, keep up the great work . & that was until months later when i realized i was lied , mislead & bamboozled . Into purchasing this vehicle. They make false promises just to get a sale, i will give full details later with all 3 names

I have bad experience two days driving back-and-forth with them to see what’s going on with my radio and I’ve told him what’s the issue and they said software they did the software in the other dealer still have the same issue and the service manager leave a voicemail order message she never get back to you. I called and I asked you did you got my messages? She said yes, and she never called me back. Bad customer service so bad for JEEP. I don’t recommend that location at all.
