Listen people, in retrospect, the pleasantness of the staff and the cleanliness of the joint, while it makes this a more worthwhile place to go to than anywhere else, doesn't excuse the following facts: They listed my Jeep for $5G and mentioned the engine getting replaced. Very nice. What they failed to mention was that the engine they were forcibly replacing was going to cost roughly the same amount as the rest of the car itself and we had to haggle it down to $9G. So first you lured us with a decent price, hid/never mentioned until or willingly opted to jack up the price only after we begun making the deal on the date you specified, when the repair you said was needed was finished, and then you ask me to write the incredibly PR-y review I'm changing right now before I've even left the lot. By the way, the Jeep did not come installed with a horn, which I found out after trying to get a squirrel out of the highway weeks later and had to pay for. It's on a weird delay, too. The computer system is wonky/fragile, as lights such as the engine occasionally go off during the rainy season, and the radio can hardly receive a clear signal and I can't even tell if that's just an Illinois problem because this is my first car here. The transmission stalled on a grocery trip once and although I haven't had that issue since my girlfriend (who has had way more car work experience, never you mind) has noted that the vehicle really seems to work to shift gears. I also had my front wheels completely jam merely turning into my driveway, however that happens, needing to get both rotors replaced. So, although Alex Moreno has a great personality, I beg all readers of this review to not let him nor his team or coworkers hook, lure, and/or extort you like I did.

We had an appointment to view and test drive a specific used car. They sold the car WHILE WE WERE DRIVING THERE. We made a 40 min trip for nothing. Rationally, I can't fault a business for doing what it's supposed to do. But we they knew we were coming for that car and didn't even put a temporary hold on it. What a waste of time, energy, and gas.

Just took my car in for a service that was fixed really quick and i was in and about. Really recommend this place,they are cery honest people,specially yhe lady that took care of me, Carmen. I will definitely come back here. Better service that my actual make model car dealer.
