Overall all ok but disappointed ?
Let me start by going over the good/pros:
From the estimate to the end, the entire team is very nice and polite. They say they treat your home like their own and I can attest to that. They took many steps to insure a clean work environment such as putting floor protectors down and hanging plastic limit the amount of dust throughout the house. Communication was good throughout the whole process as I never felt like I didn’t know what step they were on. The materials they used seem to be top notch as well.
The disappointing part:
When we first talked with the company to have this project completed, they made it very clear that unless we pick a design and color that they have already done, there were no promises that they can completely match what we find online. With this information we decided to go with a design from the company’s website. We also decided to add a color that we found from the internet knowing the risks. I was able to be present for most of the work but not on the design day.
When I was able to see the design I was very disappointed. I could understand the design not matching if we had picked a new design for them to do. However, we picked a design from their website, which is also displayed on their trailer. It’s very unfortunate after spending thousands of dollars for it not to be like the design we wanted.
I will let you be the judge. The first picture I added to this review we’ll be from their website while the subsequent photos are from our final product. You will be able to see they are not really close at all. Towards the back of the room, where they have to start, it’s actually not too bad. But towards the front of the room, where they finished, it seems like they just gave up. There was no more blending/feathering. We just have streaks now and it’s right at the beginning of the room.
We were offered to have the project redone at just the cost of the materials but after spending thousands of dollars, we really didn’t want to put any more money into this project.
Final thoughts:
Overall they have a great team. I have seen their work they have done online and it looks very impressive. Unfortunately, I think they might have been rushing or not fully committed to this project.

Caught one of the employees pleasing them self with a pair of my daughters underwear in hand. The owner ( drives a Tacoma) proceeded to threaten to come back when we least expect it and he'd " finish the job ".Scary , reported to police

This company did a great job on my basement floors in Byron Illinois. The metallic coats made the floors look like petrified wood. Absolutely beautiful. The crew was punctual and finished on schedule. Would recommend 10 out of 10.Services: Install flooring

We hired them for the outdoors painting and the result can be seen through these pictures that I posted: FANTASTIC!!! Not only me and my wife loved their work, the neighbors also were impressed. We received all kinds of comments and congratulations regarding the final appearance of the house. The price was very fair and the time they spent was exactly what were expected.
