Today may 1st I had an appointment to bring my lifted 2015 Toyota Tundra in to have the front and back bumpers wrapped the same same color as the truck. The outer grill as well. I was quoted 400 dollars by Andrew. I dropped the truck off at 9 am this morning. I was told to drop an go , they will call me when it's done. A hour later I'm pulling into my driveway when Andrew calls. He tells me when they do the wrap that some chrome will show through on the edges and Is that ok ? I said no that's not ok. I said I want it done right. Not half assed. He said they will have to take off the bumpers to do the job. I asked Andrew what changed. He said let me call you back. Andrew called me and said to come pick up the truck and that they didn't want the job. When I picked up the truck the owners brother told me they would half a** the job if it was a 20,000 dollar truck. But since it's a really expensive nice truck that it would cost more to do it right. I said no and that I would not do business with any company that would half a** any vehicle. Nor would I do business with any company that doesn't stand behind their original quote. Thanks for wasting a day of vacation off work , 2 hr round trip there and back and I guess I'll eat the quarter tank of gas I wasted doing business with your very unprofessional company. I'll let 4 wheel parts know what kind of business you do so they don't send anymore business your way. I should have stuck with my gut feeling when you would not give me the quote till I gave you my credit card info first. Bad bad bad business. This was my experience with daxam. Anybody doing business with this company deserves what they get. If you do decide to throw your hard earned cash their way. Make sure you get both quoted. Apparently they have 2 quotes for the same job. The half a** quote and the quote to do it the right way !!!! Total bait and switch move .

Worked with Daxam to have my son’s Doc Band wrapped this year. The experience was great - everyone there had amazing communication and were so helpful. It is SO nice that they do this for families! I highly recommend working with them!

My husband and I really can't thank Hunter and the rest of the Daxam team enough for the awesome Starband wrap that they did for our little boy! I was a little anxious when we first got his helmet, but the fun wrap courtesy of Daxam helped bring some excitement. Hunter was kind, attentive and an absolute pleasure to work with. My twins needed helmets to correct their flat heads. I was referred to Daxam by another mother because she had a great experience getting her child’s helmet wrapped. Their project manager, Hunter, went above and beyond to help me out! I was blown away by their quality of work, how fast they worked (designing the wraps, scheduling an appointment & applying the wraps) & with how kind & professional they are! You can tell they truly care about their clients.

I'm so excited my sons doc band turned out amazing thanks to Hunter and his team at Daxam.
