I’ve been with State Farm since I began driving at 16. I am now 65 and never left State Farm because of the great customer service. I currently have multiple vehicles, homeowners insurance and life insurance with them.
David Im has been my State Farm agent for about 10 years give or take a few. I am provided excellent customer service and advice when needed. The office team working with David are very friendly and professional. All calls are answered immediately or returned promptly.
I would recommend and have recommended David Im to family and friends, therefore I highly recommend David and his team. You won’t be sorry with the care you receive.

I've been with David Im for a long time now and all the staff are very responsive and helpful. Yossalin has helped me a lot during my recent car accident. She is very patient with all my requests to email me my insurance card then requesting to text it to me instead, answering all my questions with regards to filing a claim. She was also very helpful in helping me with car rental reservation. Even when I dad to ask her to check if it's possible to change car rental company, she was still very polite and patient with me. David is very knowledgeable and met with me to discuss my current coverage and go over, with great detail, how he could help me increase my coverage and save money. He was able to help me increase my insurance coverage for both my auto and condo as well as get me more coverage with an Umbrella policy. Even with the increased coverage he was able to save me close to $100 a month from my previous provider, USAA. Thanks, David!

Mirabelle made everything so easy for me to add a new vehicle to our policy. She has been so helpful over the last few years.
