Amazing team member greeted meas I stepped in at this CVS store in Elgin, Illinois. The team member was super helpful and patient. He made sure all the discounts in my coupons/cvs extra are card wereapplied to my purchase. He was efficient, hardworking and helpful.

This place should be ashamed of how they operate. They give out false information, are always out of the medications prescribed, are rude in person and over the phone. I know that professionalism has taken a hit since COVID...but this place is just horrid.

As someone who used to work at this CVS, it has grown to be so much better than before. Maria is still there and always so nice to talk to, the new store manager has really improved on the stock especially towards the area and it's doing so much better.

Completely unprofessional and not helpful whatsoever. Went there some days ago and they wouldn't help me sign up for their card program until I was already gone and almost out the door. There's no way that they train these workers at all.

The pharmacy majority of the time takes so long if you are using the drive-thru. Overall, I really love the team members in this location. I usually come during evening hours and the associate usually greet me with a happy smile (not just a regular you must greet kind of thing) and they're always happy to help. Help is always fast and very knowledgeable. Majority of the time, items are in stock. Cold/pain medicine would be another story.

To start customer service generally isn’t great. Today I went to pick up an RX through the drive through. I got to the window at 1:32 the clerk said she could not help me because they are closing for lunch. Maybe I missed it but I did not see it posted and if does NOT say that they close for lunch online. Generally, before closing in all stores I’ve ever been to they help the customers in line before closing or leaving for break. No one was behind me and probably would have taken a couple minutes. Just another reason to avoid this CVS.

This store I always a mess and stock is consistently low. Cashiers can be nice but I mostly use the one self check out if possible. I only go here if In a pinch and don’t always find what I need.
