I have in the last few months bought 2 sets a quickcell ear pods and they both just suddenly stop working. The first pair I bought when I was out of town from a cricket and took the hit on the chin . This latest pair I bought on may 3 ,2024 and yesterday it goes out while at work . Not even 7 days after the purchase… call. Cricket and they tell me all sells are final . So I just wasted $45 bucks on damaged goods and now I can’t even receive help from the store that sold it to me . I’ll never stop in a cricket for anything I suggest you take heed .

One of the ladies that works here has no idea of what she is doing. I came and asked if I could buy a Google pixel 7 pro and use it on cricket, she then told me it was a phone I can use. I spent $1000 dollars on the new phone and it turns out it is not accepted by cricket. Now I'm down $1000 going to have to switch to another provider just to use my phone. If you have any questions please do not come to this location.

Service was awesome. Was at another cricket store in Elgin. Not helpful. Pedro Martinez assistant manager was so helpful. He needs a raise. That's the kind of service that makes a business successful.

Terrible attention the 3 times I go, the attention is terrible, my customer experience is bad, the customer service on the part of the two degrading ladies instead goes to the store that is on Maclen and you can see the great difference in attention, friendly and with time to I do not recommend this establishment, the one on 31 Crcket has good coverage and excellent service plans, but the attention of the staff of said store does not seem like the customer cares about them.

I have been a cricket customer for many, many years. I like the service cricket has, but it got to the point that I hated having to go into the store for anything, UNTIL TODAY! Today, I had to go into the store at 6 S. State Street, Elgin, IL, to buy some accessories for 2 new phones, that I ordered from cricket online (that's how much I hated going into the store). I had never been to this store before and I figured it was going to be the same rude attitude I have experienced in other cricket stores. Much to my surprise, I was greeted by a young lady named Kassy and the Manager, Pedro Martinez. I felt like they rolled out the red carpet! I have never been treated so well in any store in my life and I am 62 years old! I had many questions about the phones and 4G vs 5G and they were actually happy to answer all my questions. I wasn't treated like I was bothering them. As a matter of fact, they seemed very excited that I was asking questions and both were very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed being there. So much so, I bought some other things too. I now feel like I have cricket representatives that I can count on anytime something comes up. I am not very phone savvy and in the past, I would have to guess most of the time about issues because the lines of communication were never open at other stores I've been to. Today, all of that changed. I will definitely go back to the 6 S. State St. store and I highly recommend that store to everyone I know! A customer may not remember exactly what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel. Today, Kassy and Pedro made me feel welcome and like I was important to them. The customer service experience I had today was beyond amazing! Thank you Kassy and Pedro for this experience. I appreciate your patience and your kindness.
