I ordered a Kitchen white cart from Wal Mart and it was sent from Chicago stool & chair The drawer And door holes are 3 1/2 inches apart and the Handles they sent are 4 inches long I called the company and they were suppose to send a replacement but three weeks has gone buy and nothing. I tried calling but get no answer

They forgot to send a piece for a kitchen island, then hung up on me and ignored my calls. Awful company.

Excellent company that stands behind their product. We bought a stool as a set through Wayfair nearly 2 years ago. Our stool snapped at the welds. I called Wayfair who put me in contact with Chicago Stools and Chairs ( who makes/supplies to Wayfair) and I spoke to a kind woman named Jessica who then spoke to her boss Peter. They said they’d replace the stool for only the cost of shipping!! We have had a trying last few months and not needing anything else to go wrong! Not even a stool breaking!! But- it did and this company made it right!!! We will definitely tell others and keep them in mind for future products! Simply- Wow! Kudos!

This company is the WORST. Hope no one ever buys and thing from them. I bought saddle stools that turned out to be to large for the area I needed them for , to which they are charging a 16.00 restocking fee since I returned them. I bought them through Walmart never again.

I bought a laundry sorter/hamper from them through Walmart. The product was tough to put together but it's a great product at a fair price. I also had a slight issue with it and I called them for help. They were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me out and they did me a huge favor free of charge. THAT is quality customer service. I recommend this company.
