For years, the staff has been trustworthy. They look out for their customers and have always given us great, genuine advice, even if it cost them a sale. They keep costs low and don't try to add on unnecessary expenses. They work quickly so you can get back in your car as soon as possible. It's such a relief to have mechanics we can trust.

The staff did a truly amazing job. Joe and his coworkers took care of me and my car issue on short notice and treated me very well. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff went above and beyond what they needed to in order to get me driving safely in my vehicle.

People, when visiting this place, be careful with the quotes they give you! I went a few days ago to verify what my car had damaged. The quote was $5000 for “EVERYTHING THE CAR HAD DAMAGED” I went to look for a second opinion and the car only had a water line of the coolant damaged.

Not nearly as quick or good. Had the o ring in my filter placed incorrectly and I leaked huge amounts of oil on my way home. A problem that was fixed in 5 minutes at meineke. For free. Just go elsewhere if you care for your car. Because the people here don't care anymore.

I went with a supposedly discount coupon $34.99 oil and filter change free tire rotation I waited an hour and a half... I got the lie that the front tires are very bad and that I couldn't move the tires from the back to the front because The law does not allow it to argue for a few minutes and he refused. I told him that I was going to pay him to do the rotation and he said no, it was prohibited. If the drive is front, the tires will continue to fall apart. In the end, he charged me. $51.50 ?? because the coupon was 34.99

Very professional and honest! Clean and neat waiting area and rest room.
I needed an oil change on my Toyota Camry and my "tire low inflation" warning light on my dash was on. Got my oil change and the person at the counter told me he would give me a discount because the Toyota dealership nearby offered the same oil change for less - I was unaware of the price difference. He matched the price and saved me money. They did a complete system inspection and check battery and tires, which is standard. They took off each tire to check for leaks due to the warning light and found no leaks, at NO CHARGE! I will definitely go back there for all my automotive needs! When I called for my appt, I had mentioned I was disabled, on oxygen and could not wait around for them to get to my car service. The man on the phone said, no problem, he would take me right away when I got there. And they did! I highly recommend this CarX in Elgin!
