I love Calvary! I was warmly welcomed in during the summer of 2021, and have loved getting to know people, learn and grow in Christ, and even serve here. It is a smaller church, which allows for closer friendships and deeper community.

Word by word teaching is excellent! Pastor Tony teaches the word in a clear concise way with full authority from the Lord! One way God is using him is to emphasize the importance of sharing the Gospel with others! The church is fully committed to the Lord! Congregation is so welcoming!

When we visited Calvary, we felt an immediate welcome. The charming older classic church building has so much character that adds to the warmth of the church family. The music allowed us to worship together with the Praise Team and their instruments. It wasn't an over-powering performance that drowned out the congregation. Nice blend. The teaching and preaching was exegetical, applicable and solidly biblical. It wasn't based on opinion and rants. It was from God's Word. The coffee and bagels on Sunday at 10 before the service don't hurt either. :-)

This is an awesome church. The people are welcoming to all. Doesn't matter what you look like, where you come from, or how your dressed. My daughters wanted a church that they could depend on for a secure Christian relationship with other youth and leadership. We have found it at Calvary Baptist. Highly recommend this church as a home for young and old, rich and poor, single and married, and of course for children and youth. Hope to see you there soon.:)

Such a great gospel and family oriented church! There are many children's programs and a wonderful youth program that is very inviting and mission based. Wonderful community of Christians, in and out of the church building.

I LOVE this church! Everyone is so welcoming, loving, and always willing to help out people in need! Also, the pastoral staff is incredible. 10/10 would recommend!
