Every time I try to get diesel the guy inside will tell me the system is down and I can’t pay with Mudflap . I believe that isn’t the truth his just lazy ?

Do not stop here. Only two bathroom stalls, one of which was closed, very small footprint, so cars at gas pumps block driveway, and no parking to go into the store.

At first I got a really rude person making comments and making my morning a total fiasco. I was just trying to get some of my screen and the guy in a route way scream at us for an across the room. Instead of saying hey it's out of order. He made some rude comments but then a real nice person named Becky make everything worth it. She deserves a five star he doesn't

Our experience here, just now, was absolutely horrible. The weird guy working had a weird sign on the doors saying closed but the automated doors opened when we tried walking in. The crazy dude working came yelling out of the back like "Yeeeeeeet" "WERE CLOSED" And chased us out of the store. He's got we poor guy waiting to pay for his gas and he's just hiding in the back somewhere and I'm a little worried he's not even an employee and that he has the real employee tied up in the back somewhere. This is insanity for real.Update: the Elgin PD came and checked it out. Turns out the guy is an employee, and even though he was flailing around like Roger Rabbit, he told the cops he was "sleeping ?". Apparently that's okay at the pride in Elgin. ??♀️

Great sandwiches if they could get somebody to work there. GEEZ! God forbid the cashier be helpful too. Only one time the cashier went out of their way and made some sandwiches.

The pumps have technical issues when paying, your card gets stock and even though the cashiers are fully aware of it, don’t even even bother to notify us, if I’m paying outside it’s more convenient and productive time. When I first approached to let them know there were 2 cashiers one male(Indian background) btw very nice gentleman and the female ( white) with a very disgusting attitudes. I could sense she didn’t wanted to go outside to help me. As I approached to pump I was able to get my card out little do I know this woman yells and says “tap it” As the employee has to provide great customer care and she has NOT the ability to delivered. Now the second issue I wasn’t able to get my receipt, I don’t understand why can’t make sure all pumps work properly, I worked in a gas station and I know what this is about but if you’re focus and work hard you’ll omit issues like this. When I went back to the store second time I asked to speak with a manager, this woman has the audacity to yell again, I told the male that she shouldn’t be working there. She has poor attitude and don’t have compassion to help others. NEVER COMING BACK!

How often do you check for paper for receipts at the pumps? I've had this happen many times where it says, "See Cashier". If I wanted to go inside, I would pay inside. This time early in the day.
