Have an 04 Pilot with a ton of miles....needless to say don't want to spend a lot on repairs. Called Boss and spoke with the owner Vic...did a diagnostic for 125 and identified the issues with the car. Told him I'd think about it and he said if I proceeded with any of the suggested repairs he'd deduct the 125 diagnostic fee from any work I decided to. Two weeks later decided to proceed with one of the repairs and all the work was done to my satisfaction and the bill showed exactly what Vic said he'd do.Would recommend to anyone in need of auto repair in the area.

The boss of this operation back a few years called the police because I was outraged by a comment on the bill of neighbors truck INVOICE.... MISstating why brakes failed that were known to fail in that year and make of truck.Clearly, unprofessional.They also damaged a part in the truck, and did not inform owner.

I brought in my 1969 Camaro, with some mild mods, which has had gremlins for about a year. They quickly speculated on the issue and the initial guess was spot on. It was running like a top which hasn't been the case in a long time. They quoted me a price that they stood by even after asking for some additional time to make sure everything was solid. Great experience with a top notch shop. I just wish I came by sooner.

Office is not friendly at all, scratch my car and try to touch it up and denying that they did it. They had my car for 3 weeks to repair which is way to long they claim they are waiting for parts but then they got wrong part after that they were able to get part In one day...RespondThanks for respond and trying to bring me in back to see my Van, You never ask me to come back when I was on the phone with you and you sound like you didn't care about it as well, so I will not bring back my Vehicle to you because I don't trust you any more. I didn't mention anything about the scratch I saw it first time because when I talk to you on the phone about my car you were rude and didn't care when Carr will be repair so I didn't want to create more problems.I wryly wish the scratch didn't happened to my car, however reads this might think Y wouldn't I bring it back to fix this. This car is a work truck so it will be fine and I don't trust this company so I wasn't going to bring it back to them and then have more problems after with my car. Since they try to cover up the scratch.

Boss automotive took care of business . after trying a couple other places they were unable to do the work let alone find the parts, a friend recommended boss and boss stepped up found the parts and took care of business thank you very much highly recommended!!

I want to thank these guys for getting me back on the road after my snow plow busted a seal. I thought I busted a hose and I couldn’t pin point where it was coming from, turns out it was just a rubber seal. Issue resolved very quickly.
