Employees are very friendly and patiently with costumers, but every time I used to come to this place I had to wait 15 minutes or longer just to pay a simple phone bill.

The service I received after it was discovered that I was overcharged was unacceptable. I went back to try and resolve it and have not gotten any cooperation. I suspect some type of manipulation tactics are being done. After several attempts to try and get my money refunded I was disappointed about the whole thing. Greed is the ruin of all things!!!
