Sarah and Danny both helped my grandma with her new phone in Elgin. What I thought would be a nightmare (I was calling from seattle) ended up being a great service. Sarah took extra time to teach my grandma how to use her phone and I am so thankful for them freal.

The repair shop was fast and fixed my iPhone right up.The young lady who helped me at the counter was very nice and helpful.I’m very satisfied with the money I saved instead of buying a new phone.When it’s time to eventually buy one, I’ll definitely be back.

The worst experience I have ever had with a phone company. They were very rude, very racist. We were waiting for over 15 minutes and a Hispanic woman came in behind us and just because the phone store workers were Hispanic they pulled her to the front of the line and made us wait even longer. Don't go to this location, they are worthless.
