“I am very pleased with the service and result of my car repair. Mike the manager was very helpful. I had backed into something and caused a dent in my bumper. Since my car is 9 years old yet looks very good for its age, I wanted to have it repaired if possible avoiding getting a new bumper as money was an issue. Mike has a process which does the repair and the bumper looks great with only a few scratches. His charge was very reasonable saving me a lot of money. He also provided me a ride home and back since it would have been too long for me to wait there and I was unable to find someone to take me home and back. I appreciate his willingness to help me in whatever way possible. I recommend this body shop and its personnel.”
“Amazing job on my 2018 WRX! I was rear ended and Forrest Auto Body was the body shop partnered with Brilliance Subaru, so I knew that they would do a stellar job, especially working with Subaru’s symmetrical all wheel drive. Annette followed up with me weekly and made sure I was in the loop. Tyler was constantly was firm with the insurance company to make sure I had all the necessary oem parts so my wrx was 100% whole and no short cuts taken. Mike and his team did an outstanding job with the mechanical and body work, leaving no stone unturned and bring the car back good as new and showroom quality!”

“I brought my car here after a rodent tore up my electrical under the hood.
If you're going through insurance, sometimes you'll hear your rep say it's a "certified" shop but what that really means is that the shop met requirements that are up to par with your insurance policy. It sounds like other reviews are really putting a lot of weight on the word "certified" but it should really be approached more like the shop is "in network" sort of like health insurance. Any way I digress!
Fix Auto was able to pick up my car the same day I called my insurance company. And I appreciated the communication with the shop from the front desk clerk to the mechanic.
I had my car back within the week and they went above and beyond to order a piece that wasn't in stock at other local jeep dealers. They called me when the piece arrived, and I went the same day to get it installed.
Honestly I had a great experience, much better than my local dealership.
It's a small shop, and can be easy to miss. It's behind a big building tucked away off to the side of the road.
I'll be considering them in the future should I need anything else in the future.”

“Exceptional repair shop. Fantastic customer service. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Someone hit my car in November 2023. The insurance process took forever. As soon as my car was dropped off at this location, I was very hopeful because I was updated every step of the way. My car was ready on time, and the work was flawless. I had a great walk through the day I picked up my car. The manager went into details regarding every repair which was done and the extra step they had to take to contact the insurance company for additional mechanical damages. She's an exceptional manager. I would recommend you visit this shop if you were in a crash. They are perfect!”

“I scheduled 2 appointments at this shop for my truck through my insurance - driver side window replacement and a windshield repair. They completed the job incredibly fast! It took them just 45 minutes to do everything. Managers and technicians are very friendly and motivated . It looks like they know how to do their job. Absolutely no complaints! Will see how long the new window and the fixed windshield will last.”
