Had a great buying experience at Mitsubishi in Elgin. Salesman SHA was the best at explaining everything and getting me the best NEW car for my budget. I love my outlander sport limited edition all wheel drive, a must for Illinois winters. He even got me in quickly for remote start installation next day and providing a loaner for the day. Prompt and personal service. Thank you SHA.

I'm not sure what's going on with their prices. The last 2 times I was charged more than the previous time for an oil change. By the way, the latest receipt is AFTER A $7 DISCOUNT. So the price would have been 16% higher than it was 7 months ago. Weird.

Sales guy told me the rebate expired before i bought the car only to learn later that he lied - Mits tells me *somebody* redeemed the rebate.
Also,
When my car was 3 months old the motor made a ticking noise, they said nothing is wrong, it is "normal". When I inquired, there were 3 other salesmen there nodding yes.
Just before the warranty ends, a mechanic at another dealership asked if i hear the ticking and says it is NOT normal. For warranty, Corporate want proof that the problem was present in year one but talking to the contact i spoke to vouch for me, they tell me and corp that they never said that. All of a sudden, the salesmen "never heard of that before".
Again, Go Figure after all they got my money - their job done.
I always joke replace a first letter in the dealer name with an N...
