Franco Ruffolo is the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with! He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to understand my needs, offering valuable advice without applying any pressure. We spent quite a bit of time researching vehicles before deciding to look at Mazda's. There were a few on the lot that were within the price range and size we wanted. When we went in Elias was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. He helped us narrow down our option and at no point did we feel any pressure to buy from them. Mike, the sales manager, was extremely helpful walking us through some confusing parts of our banks loan requirements. Should we ever need another vehicle Biggers will be one of our first choices.

Let me just start by saying I really never want to buy a car. We keep our cars a long time because I don’t want a car payment, but it was time.We looked online at the type of vehicle we wanted. Choices were Mazda CX-50, Rouge, Sportage Tucson, CRV, or RAV 4. Long story short we decide on the CX-50.We test drove it and talked with the folks at Biggers Mazda in Elgin. Our salesperson was Franco. We love Franco!! Here’s what we would say about Franco and Biggers; High Integrity and High Trustworthiness.We were never pressured once to make a decision or buy quickly, or to try and get a deal done by the end of the month. They told us up front, we will give you our best price the first time and we will stand by that. Our purchase journey ended up taking a couple of months. I was certain they would come down on the price when we hadn’t made a decision, or especially when we checked back in with them at the end of the month. I even found out that I could purchase the same car from a different dealer that is part of the Costco auto program for $650 less. That dealer made things seem very shady and was super high pressure. I brought that up to the finance manager at Biggers, and he just shared with me that they believe in the value, the honesty, and the integrity they bring to the table, and they stand by their best price first time approach. I agree with everything they said. We were shown such friendliness, care and concern for getting us exactly what we wanted, and we felt like our purchase was important.This is our first Mazda, we have been a Toyota and Nissan family up till now. So far we love it !The Integrity and Care shown to us by Franco, and the others at Biggers, has simply made this the best car buying experience ever for us. Did we pay a little bit more, sure but the trust and piece of mind has been worth every penny !!! All I can say is go visit them, give them a chance, and then enjoy the same experience that we did !

Biggers Mazda and Brian has restored the quality with car shopping in person. Called in and requested a used Q50 that was on the lot. Test drove the car, did the paperwork and out the door I went.Huge thing here is that they do not pressure or try to tack on any “package”. The price is the price. I appreciate the transparency. For the next vehicle purchase I will be back to work with Biggers Mazda and Brian. Thanks again

I had a fantastic experience at Biggers Mazda, and a big part of that was thanks to Tom in sales. He was outstanding, very professional, and attentive to my needs. Tom guided me through the car-buying process with expertise and made sure I found the right vehicle for me. We have bought 5 cars from Franco and Biggers Mazda. Franco is a great guy to work with. He gives you all his attention and really works to get you the best deal for the car you want. We have had the Mazda 3 which is a great car for the city as our son who lives in the city owned it and said it was great for parking there. We have had 3 Mazda 5's and they are great cars. They are user friendly and fast and have great pick up for merging. We just traded in our CX 9 for a CX 90. I absolutely loved my 9 but my lease was coming to an end and I got the CX 90 this time. LOVE this vehicle. It is gorgeous inside and out. Has great pick up and good gas mileage for a 6 cylinder. Love it. I HIGHLY recommend this place and especially Franco!!

After months of research and visiting several dealerships I decided to visit Biggers Mazda and I'm happy I did. Everyone there is very welcoming and professional.I worked with Joe who was amazing throughout the process. He is knowledgeable and patient. I thought I knew what car I wanted but when the car arrived there were a couple things I didn't care for however, I was still willing to purchase the car. Joe listened and asked me to wait for a minute. He came back and told me he wanted me to look at another car.He picked the prefect car! I appreciated that Joe worked with me for a couple of weeks and never made me feel pushed to make a purchase and that he helped find the right car for me.

I first was looking at getting another Honda but unfortunately the experience at the Honda dealership was less than stellar I really was expecting a better experience especially because I was trading in a Honda at the dealership I originally purchased and was very disappointed in feeling there was no loyalty I went over to look at the Mazda CX 5 and found it to be an amazing vehicle and then the attention from the sales representative James was also amazing not pushy very accommodating and the process of the value of my trade to the financing was great. I definitely would recommend checking out this dealership and ask for James.

Here's the thing about this dealership: they have a really lovely building and showroom and it matches the really lovely demeanor they offer when you walk in the door. When you get close to a deal is when they get shady. We made multiple requests for detailed vehicle information and detailed lease breakdowns and they were promised and never delivered. And yeah, we check spam. After multiple attempts to request information that clearly wasn't getting delivered, we made the decision to stop working with them and determined that they had not earned the courtesy of feedback as to why. They called. And called. And voicemailed. And emailed. And mysteriously found cost savings in the deal that we never saw. And called. And voicemailed. And then we blocked them. And now they get the feedback, and so do you. For the record: we did our homework prior to entering the building and were well-versed on the vehicle, the pricing, the financing and the rates--which is what they were unwilling to show and share with us when it got to details. They were also kind enough to smack talk their competitors which made it really easy to find someone to work with. Want a great deal? Head to Biggers Mazda first, then go to another dealership where they provide information that reasonable people require to assess a purchase.

We had a great experience with Mazda and specifically Joe. He was super helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He was never pushy, he gave us the information and let us make our decisions. He also got us in and out very quickly when buying the car, which is very appreciated! 10/10 experience and would definitely recommend!
